Clearance involves many stakeholders, documents, milestones and time-sensitive decisions. G&P brings them together in one operating model, so every shipment moves through a defined process that you can follow.
Bayan is the Saudi customs declaration system. We prepare and track declarations through to the final Bayan.
Inbound cargo, from documents to delivery readiness.
Document review
Customs declaration preparation
Release coordination
Delivery readiness
Each shipment follows a defined status flow, so our team and our customers share the same view of its current stage.
The shipment is registered and its bill of lading is received.
The customs declaration is being prepared.
The final customs declaration is generated.
The shipment is ready for the next clearance step.
The shipment is ready for handover or delivery coordination.
The shipment has been transported or delivered.
An exception can be raised at any stage. It marks a shipment that needs attention, so problems surface early instead of waiting for a follow-up call.
Each project can have its own customer-facing portal link. You can check shipment progress yourself, instead of requesting an update for every bill of lading.
Bills of lading, containers, statuses, files and reports are kept together for each customer or shipping cycle.
Every status change is recorded with a timestamp and the responsible user.
PDFs and images are attached to each shipment and can be previewed in the portal.
Consolidated “Bayan Issued” and “Bayan Ready” emails keep stakeholders informed.
Bulk entry, bulk updates, multi-reference search and Excel export for large batches.
A Google Sheet for each project, synced automatically, ready for further analysis.
We clear at the Kingdom’s two principal container gateways and route regional cargo through Saudi Arabia to the rest of the world.
